Kitchen Units
These are non smoking and no pet Family units with a queen bed in the bedroom and another queen bed in the front room along with two rocker/recliner chairs. The living area has a 27" TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a basic set-up for five people including, dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot, and toaster. 
There is a dining table with four chairs, a gas range with oven, microwave and full size refrigerator. The bathroom is a combination tub/shower. We allow up to five people in these units, total number including children.
First Floor Units (4)
First floor units have a Queen bed in the bedroom and another Queen bed in the living room, with a sliding glass door out to a shared patio.
First Floor, Room 14
Room 14 is located on the bottom floor behind the office. This room does not have a seperate bedroom, it is a one room unit with the bed in the living room with a limit of two person occupancy. The sliding glass door leads out to a shared patio.
Second and Third Floor Units (10)
The upper floor Kitchen units have fifteen feet of glass overlooks the ocean with two sliding windows to hear the surf in the living room. One queen bed in the separate bedroom and one queen bed in the living room.
Rates
These rates are all based on two person occupancy, each additional person is a $7.00 charge. Lincoln City and Oregon state have a combined room tax of 10.5%.

Two Queen Bed Fireplace/Balcony
Along with two queen beds and a gas fireplace these units have a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster with a dining room table and four chairs. The bathroom is a combination tub/shower. 
These rooms come with a 27" TV and VCR/DVD combo. Each room opens up to a Balcony that overlooks the ocean. There is a maximum of four people in these rooms and they are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. The balcony in non-smoking as well.
Rates
These rates are all based on two person occupancy, each additional person is a $7.00 charge. Lincoln City and Oregon state have a combined room tax of 10.5%.

King Bed Fireplace/Balconey
These rooms non smoking and no pets are allowed. They have one King bed, a gas fireplace and a small table with two chairs. The bathroom has a stand up shower (no tub). There is a small fridge, microwave and a coffee pot. 
Each have a 26" flat screen TV, DVD player and open up onto a non-smoking balcony that overlooks the ocean. We only allow up to two people in these units.
Rates

King Bed Spa Tub
The Spa Tub room is non smoking and no pets are allowed. It has one king bed, a gas fireplace, and an oceanfront balcony. There is a small table with two chairs, a small refrigerator, a microwave, along with a 32" inch flat screen television and DVD player. The Spa Tub is located in the bathroom and is large enough for two people. 
A small window provides a stunning ocean view. This is a non-smoking room for one or two persons only.

Four Poster Canopy Spa Suites
These two rooms are located on the second and third floor of the north end of the building with a view to the north and west towards the ocean. They are non smoking and no pets are allowed. Each room is non-smoking with a king size four poster canopy bed, a 32" screen TV with DVD/VCR combo and a gas log fireplace. There is a wet bar sink with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a coffee pot and a small dinning table with two chairs. 
You can sit in the two person Spa Tub and enjoy the excellent ocean views that come with being this close to the ocean. There is a love seat couch to sit in and enjoy the ocean, as well as a balcony overlooking the ocean. We allow up to two people in these non-smoking rooms.

Captains Quarters
This non-smoking and no pets are allowed, ground floor unit is one of the nicest anywhere on the coast. It has three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which has a one person Spa Tub). Two of the bedrooms have one queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave along with the stove and refrigerator. There is a dining room table with six chairs. From two recliners or a hide a bed couch you can sit and enjoy the gas fireplace and the 32" TV with a DVD player.
Each of the bedrooms have 26” flat screen TV. Every room comes with large windows overlooking the ocean and there is a deck with access from the sliding glass door in the dining area. For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer. Access the room from either a wheel chair ramp, or four short steps. This is a very enjoyable unit to bring your family or friends. We allow up to eight people in this unit including children. There is a Two night minimum on this room at all times.
